Privacy policy

This policy explains what globaltresgsranging.cc actually does with personal information. It was last updated on 7 October 2026.

Who is responsible

The site is operated by Vladislav Sapoval, Nicolae H. Costin St 33, MD-2069, Chișinău, Republica Moldova. For privacy requests, email [email protected].

What the site collects

If you send the briefing form, the site processes the name, email address, organization, role, area of interest, and message you typed, plus the confirmation that we may reply. You choose what to write. Do not include passwords, payment card numbers, or other people’s private information.

The contact page also uses a session so the form can be checked for forgery. The session stores a security token, the time the form was opened, and the times of successful sends. It does not store the text of your message after the email is handed to the mail server.

If you choose a cookie setting, the site stores that choice in a cookie named vs_consent. The cookie policy lists every cookie.

The server may keep ordinary technical logs, such as the address of a request and the time, as part of hosting. Those logs are used to keep the site reliable and to investigate abuse. This site does not run analytics, advertising pixels, or a tracking profile.

Why it is used

Form information is used to read your inquiry and reply. That is a step you ask for before any contract. The session is used to protect the form. The consent cookie is used to remember your choice and to keep the cookie notice closed. Logs are used for security and operation of the site.

The site does not sell personal information. It does not use it for advertising. It does not send it to an analytics or advertising network, because those tools are not installed.

How a message is delivered

The website does not keep a database of form submissions. A valid message is sent by email to [email protected]. That mailbox is the record of the inquiry. If the server cannot send the email, the form says so and asks you to write directly. In that case the website does not store the message.

Email travels through the mail service used by the host. That service sees the message in order to deliver it. We do not name a third-party marketing tool here because none is used.

How long it is kept

The session ends when you close the browser, or earlier if the host clears it. The consent cookie lasts up to 180 days, unless you delete it sooner. Mailbox messages are kept while a conversation is active and for a limited period afterward, then deleted, unless a later contract requires a longer record. Hosting logs follow the host’s ordinary retention for security.

Your requests

You may email [email protected] to ask what inquiry information is held, to correct it, or to ask for it to be deleted. If a contract is in place, some records may need to be kept for that contract. If you are in the European Economic Area or another place with privacy rights, you may use the same address to make a request. You may also contact a supervisory authority where you live. This policy is written in plain language so you can see what the website does. It is not legal advice.

Children

The practice works with organizations about their operations. The site is not directed at children, and the form should not be used to send a child’s personal information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. The page will still describe the cookies and forms the site really uses.
