These answers describe how Vladislav Sapoval actually works. They are not a substitute for the proposal, which is where scope and fees are fixed for a specific operating area.
What does a digital operations engagement actually change?
It changes the way a defined area of work is received, moved, excepted, and reviewed. You should be able to point to an owner, a status, and a next step without calling a meeting to reconstruct them.
It does not, by itself, replace your products, hire a department, or promise a percentage improvement. Where a measure should move, the proposal says which measure and why it is credible.
Do you replace our tools?
No. The practice designs how work uses the tools you already have. If a tool is genuinely in the way, that finding is written down so you can decide. Buying or negotiating software is outside the offer.
Who is this for?
Operations leaders, heads of digital, founders, and shared-service managers whose tools have multiplied faster than the way work is coordinated. The useful client counterpart is someone who can convene the people doing the work.
If nobody on your side can change the path, a document will not fix the operation. We would rather say that at the briefing.
Do you work only in Moldova?
The organization is based at Nicolae H. Costin St 33, MD-2069, Chișinău, Republica Moldova. Engagements are commonly remote with teams in other countries. On-site time in Chișinău or elsewhere happens only when the work needs it and both sides agree, including any travel cost, before it is booked.
How do remote engagements run?
By scheduled working sessions and email. You see drafts during the cycle. We do not require a particular collaboration suite; we use a channel your team can already access. The proposal names the session rhythm so it does not depend on constant chat.
What access do you need?
Only the access the agreed work requires. A diagnostic can often be done from interviews, walkthroughs, and exports you prepare. Direct access to a production system is asked for only when the proposal says so, and it is limited to that need. You can refuse access and we will narrow the work instead of working around the refusal.
Who from our side needs to be involved?
A sponsor who can clear the calendar, and the operators who actually touch the work. Executive-only interviews produce a polished and incomplete map. We will say which roles we need before you accept the proposal.
How long does a typical cycle take?
A diagnostic is often a few weeks. A build cycle is longer because the team has to stage the change in the live operation. Stewardship is a continuing monthly rhythm. The proposal states the duration for your scope. We do not publish a universal timetable that would pretend every operation is the same size.
How are fees decided?
By the format, the operating area, the access, and the timeline. The fee, the payment rhythm, and what is not included are written in the proposal before you accept. The opening briefing is a conversation, not a paid workshop. No paid work starts until you accept in writing.
Can we start with one workflow?
Yes. One workflow or one queue is the preferred start. A wider map can follow if the first area holds. Starting everywhere at once is how these efforts become a slide and stop.
How is confidentiality handled?
The first briefing can stay general. Before you share detailed operational information, both sides can sign a mutual confidentiality agreement. Materials you provide are used for the engagement and not published as a case story unless you agree in writing. The website itself does not contain client names.
What do you not do?
We do not sell software licenses, run advertising campaigns, or supply unnamed staff to absorb a backlog. We do not automate steps in order to hide them from the people who own the process, and we do not use data you do not have rights to use. We also do not promise search rankings, ad performance, or a fixed efficiency percentage.
What happens if priorities change in the middle?
Say so. If the change stays inside the accepted scope, the cycle adjusts and the adjustment is noted. If it replaces the scope, we pause and write a revised proposal. Unwritten expansion is how a clear engagement becomes an unclear one.
What happens after delivery?
You run the operation with the materials. There is a short window, named in the proposal, for factual questions about those materials. Another area, or a stewardship rhythm, is a separate acceptance. Stopping after delivery is a complete outcome.
